An essay which highlights the description of honors director career at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky is presented. It describes the condition of honors program in which it has been facing social, economic and cultural hindrances in moving up the social ladder while taking responsibility and loyalty to the region at the same time. It explores the significance of realizing that a social class is not all about money itself but what are these things that money can buy.
