- Abstract
The article discusses the significant impact of the right to be forgotten in cyberspace law and policy. The advantages of the right to be forgotten include promotion of privacy and autonomy, provision of solution to cyber harassment victims, and prevention of discriminatory hiring practices that were based on irrelevant information. It also mentions that passage of the right to be forgotten is to protect one's fundamental right to privacy.
