The article provides a feminist critique of the U.S. Supreme Court case Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. It discusses how feminism might respond to the court's decision in the case and its privatization of the public electoral process. Other topics covered include the protection of speech under the First Amendment and the effect of the implications of the decision for the distinction between citizens and corporations.
