- Abstract
The article focuses on human rights law and its implication to child sex trafficking. The demand for children to be used in a global sex industry has increased, which triggered concern among the international community. The commercial sexual exploitation of children is recognized as one of the most heinous forms of human rights violations and abuses. Moreover, the nature of the demand for trafficked children is also discussed.
