- Abstract
The article highlights the potential of small conditional RNAs in cancer therapeutics which was demonstrated through programming molecular instruments. It cites the theory of Niles Pierce's team that RNA probes bind to the target messenger RNA (mRNA) and trail single-stranded initiators. It notes that RNA hairpins bind to a cancer-specific mRNA translocation, produces long double-stranded RNA molecules that seems viral RNA, which triggers an innate immune response and causes cancer cell's death.
