- Abstract
The article explores some of the legal history regarding the assisted suicide and comments on the future of assisted suicide laws in the U.S. It discusses the various classifications of life-ending decisions and reviews the historical background of laws in response to suicide laws in the country. It investigates the current condition of the suicide laws and the possible future of assisted suicide laws in the country. The author suggests that the Americans must weigh the potential dangers when deciding whether assisted suicide should be legalized and putted into practice.
