- Abstract
A literary criticism is presented on the 1987 American nonfictional book "Communion: A True Story," by Whitley Strieber. Particular focus is given to the book's depiction of Strieber's experience of paranormal phenomenon while his family was visiting a secluded cabin in the Hudson River Valley region of New York state in 1985, including in regard to the religious aspects of the terror that he experienced.
