- Abstract
The article discusses the study analyzing the concentrations and types of volatile compounds from the selected strawberry varieties through headspace solid-phase micro-extraction gas chromatography mass spectrometry (HS-SPME/GC-MS). It mentions the summarization of the results of the volatile compound analysis and stated the detected compounds associated with the esters which provide the fruity and floral characteristics of the flowers.
