- Abstract
All business activities, from the establishment of the organization through the sale of the product to consumers, are governed by law. Laws affecting business are derived from a variety of sources, including customs, court decisions, and legislation. Contracts, agency and consumer protection are three key areas that regulate the dayto- day operation of businesses. The relationship between businesses and their clients is governed by a variety of laws, many of which are derived from the statute. In addition to the protection afforded to consumers by law, many organizations also operate by accepted codes of conduct. Commercial businesses consist of a range of organizations with similar legal structure. These legal structures help not only in the ownership and control of the enterprise, but also in other aspects of their operations, including objectives, access to finance, external links and obligations. Human rights law and ethics aspires to analyze and clarify the concepts of moral and legal rights, as well as to contribute to the resolution of the human rights conflict. Every easy issue focuses on a contemporary dilemma that raises great moral and legal questions. Each such dilemma has been dealt with using an interdisciplinary approach to human rights, an approach which seeks to establish associations between legal deposits and their underlying philosophical thinking. The law is backed by the power of the state to coerce and punish. Ethics are principles of behavior and culture that have no obligation to the state. Laws will be ethical behavior in society. According to this theory, breaking the law is inherently unethical. 'Legal' and 'Ethical' are often used and inspired in the same sentence. These two concepts are mutually exclusive. They often clash and work with each other. Both words are often used in the same context in terms of issues and social situations. Even '' Legal '' and '' Ethical '' can apply to almost any situation, private or public, even in the field of professions. In the geographical areas closest to us, some important activities are underway in the EU countries with regard to the legal regulation of certain matters by electronic business. Thus, in December 1999, the Council of Ministers of Economy adopted a regulation regulating Internet work. One of the key decisions is that the enterprise should not require any special permission to offer its goods or services online, but should present the basic information about itself and its offer. It is therefore worked according to the rules of the country of origin of the provider, unless otherwise agreed. It follows from the above that each e-business participant must know his or her own entrepreneurial rights, and if he or she works in a foreign country, then the rules of the country from which the other participant comes are also evident. The connection with the legal framework in the field of electronic business on a global scale can be characterized as unfinished and problematic.
