- Abstract
The article focuses on the results of the 2010 Membership Survey conducted by the board of directors of Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nurses (CCCN). It mentions that 64% of the respondents show that they acquired more than 20 years of experience in the industry. It says that professional development is considered to be the primary reason of the 69% of respondents for joining the CCCN. The respondents also provide several suggestion for recruiting and retention of the members of CCCN.
