Title
Perspectives on Neuroscience and Behavior.
Abstract
This section discusses literature on neuroscience and behavior. One study has shown that cortisol level reduction by using metyrapone could also lessen reconsolidation of emotional memory. J. M. Bossert and colleagues have used rats to demonstrate that pharmacologic inactivation of the ventral medial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC) but not the dorsal medial prefrontal cortex (dmPFC) could reduce heroin context-induced heroin seeking.
