The article titled "Polymerase θ inhibition activates the cGAS-STING pathway and cooperates with immune checkpoint blockade in models of BRCA-deficient cancer" has been retracted by the editors of Nature Communications due to concerns regarding the integrity of the data and the scientific soundness of the article. An investigation conducted after its publication found instances of image overlap and irregularities in the source data provided by the authors. All authors of the article have agreed to the retraction.
