News From the JAMA Network A completely remotely delivered hypertension and hypercholesterolemia program decreased blood pressure (BP) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in a diverse racial and ethnic population of patients, including patients whose primary language was not English. From baseline to 12 months, patients in the medical intervention had an average BP change of -9.7/-5.2 mm Hg compared with 0.2/-1.9 mm Hg among patients who chose education only.
