- Abstract
The article offers information on the objective of cultural policy in any country. It mentions that cultural policy is aimed at effecting change, promoting development, and meeting government plans. It investigates how an ordered or organized policy processes can result in the best policy and the best outcomes. It highlights that policy theorist Harold Lasswell had extended the general rationalist suppositions of Western representative democracies into executive government, by questioning the for the value of knowledge and the usefulness of ordered process involved in identifying policy problems.
