Letter to the Editor: Are Adrenal Lesions of 6 cm or More in Diameter a Contraindication to Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy? Indeed, in our experience [[3]], the da Vinci system simplifies not only reconstructive phases, but every kind of intracorporeal dissection and manipulation, and it is useful also in challenging cases, thus avoiding the need of the subcostal incision typical of the HALS technique. Dear Editor, We read with great interest the article by Balla et al. [[1]], entitled "Are adrenal lesions of 6 cm or more in diameter a contraindication to laparoscopic adrenalectomy?.
