- Abstract
The article focuses on the proposed amendments to the Australian Constitution with the constitutional membership by interrogating the relationship between the people and electors. It mentions that constitutional identity of Indigenous Australians and changes to Australian citizenship legislation with the structures of representative government under the Constitution. It mentions that legal effect by imposing limitations on the legislative power of the federal Parliament.
