- Abstract
The article outlines the alternative pathway for appropriate cases based on principles of restorative justice and therapeutic jurisprudence to achieve effective justice for victims of sexual assault in New South Wales. It focuses of the therapeutic jurisprudence that promotes the psychological or physical well-being of the people. It explains that restorative criminal justice provide restorative process for victims and offenders through a non-adversarial and relational model of disposition.
