- Abstract
The article presents a study on the statistical information for the 2009 decision making of the Australian High Court on both institutional and national level in Australia, with focus on constitutional cases as a subset of the total cases. It explores the changes in the Court in 2009, such as the introduction of Chief Justice Robert French and Justice Virginia Bell and increase in agreement among justices. It says that consensus failed to manifest in cases dealing with constitutional law.
