The article reports on the plan by Comite de Apoyo al Tibet (CAT), the main petitioner in the Tibet genocide lawsuits against retired leaders of China, to appeal to the Constitutional Court in 2014. Topics covered include the issuance of a ruling which upheld a parliamentary annulment of the cases, the response by CAT director Alan Cantos to the court's decision to close the cases and the appeal to Spain's Constitutional Court to annul the curtailment of the justice jurisdiction.
