A literary criticism of William Shakespeare's play "Othello," is presented. It discusses the friendship theme in the play and examines several scenes in the play with regards to friendship, including the conflict between apparent friends Roderigo and Iago and the friendship of Othello with Brabantio and other main characters. Other scenes in the play are discussed.
