- Abstract
The article presents information on the bid protests decisions of the Government Accountability Office (GAO) of the U.S. with respect to the transparency and integrity in the U.S. Congress. The Court of Federal Claims of the U.S. and the GAO are the primary forums for the bid protests hearings. Information on the states namely Alabama and Washington, D.C. having the highest stakes in the cases under contract law is also presented.
