- Abstract
The article reports on the corrupt investigation practices of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in restoration of the integrity of college athletics. Topics discussed include law enforcement and implementation procedures of the NCAA, decision of the court on the lawsuits filed against NCAA and the policies of the state and the federal government in regulating the law enforcement procedure of the NCAA.
