The article explores an innovative research on the Russian olive fruit production situated in shelterbelt and riparian areas in Montana. Topics discussed include the preventive planning on invasive riparian populations and different demographic characteristics for shelterbelt organisms. Other topics include the environmental impacts of high cost of mechanical removal and biological control for the spread of Russian olive.
