The article offers information on the history, benefits, and significance of the policies of the Rule 606(b) of the U.S. Federal Rules of Evidence regarding the testimony, affidavits, or statement of jurors as witness for the purpose of supporting a verdict or indictment. It discusses the judicial decision in cases Tanner v. United States and United States v. Benally regarding inadmissability of juror's evidence under the Rule 606(b).
