- Abstract
The article offers information on the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in the case 'Tsilhqot'in Nation v. British Columbia' in which the court established land title for the Tsilhqot'in First Nation. Topics discussed include Canadian judicial approach towards the lands of Tsilhqot'in peoples, laws governing aboriginal land titles, and constitutional provisions of the Constitution Act 1867 concerning the issue.
