The article focuses on the abolition of equitable doctrine of notice in title registration systems in British Columbia. Topics discussed include evolution of the laws for the notices meant for title registration systems, analysis of the judicial interpretation of the provisions of the Land Title Act and impact of relationship of common law with the statutes related to land transfer on the land use laws of British Columbia.
