In this article, the author discusses bullying, and disruptive and abusive behaviors in the health care industry. Organizational support and assistance, policies, programs, and ethical leaders are needed in order to remove bullies from the workplace. The author noted research studies from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine on disruptive behavior of physicians.
