The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital with complaints of palpitations associated with uneasiness and nausea. Her physical examination revealed regular heart rate and blood pressure. On further examination, very prominent regular jugular venous pulsations have been observed that were considered to be cannon waves.
