The article focuses on an interdisciplinary unit in which students explore biological ice nucleation through the lens of the microbial ice nucleator Pseudomonas syringae. It is mentioned that students are introduced to principles of ice nucleation and recognize the diversity of ice-nucleating particles through this experiment.
