- Abstract
The article focuses on the concept of the aggregate alienability regarding the validity of privately-imposed restraints on the alienability of real property and the need to maximize efficiency by facilitating the alienation of property. It mentions that enforcement to the entitlements to property, right to alienate that property according to the user's perception and the common law rules have developed to deal with private decisions that might indirectly inhibit the transfer of real property.
