- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Shelby County v. Holder wherein argued was the Court's decision over to strike down or not the Voting Rights Act (VRA). The Supreme Court had addressed tow key questions in the case, whether or not to warrant the continued federal intrusion of rights and the measurement that the Congress should take to identify issues concerning voter discrimination. Moreover, supporters of Section five has argued that existing forms of voter discrimination.
