- Abstract
In order to evaluate the quality of flight training effectively and optimize the training organization model timely, a comprehensive evaluation model of flight training quality based on the improved combined weighting, technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) was proposed. The proposed model used the out-of-gauge as the evaluation index, the variance maximization principle of normalization constraints was used to optimize the combination of subjective and objective weights determined by CRITIC-G1 method to determine the optimal weight. TOPSIS method was used to analyze and evaluate the relative closeness of different sample data, and rank-sum ratio (RSR) was introduced to classify the relative closeness, so as to achieved the purpose of classifying the quality level of flight training. By selecting the 14 months SD card overrun event of G1000 avionics system on C-172R, C-172S and SR20 aircraft for example analysis and verification. The results show that the proposed model can be applied to the evaluation of flight training quality, has rationality and applicability, and can provide data and information support for optimizing the training organization mode.
