- Abstract
The article discusses the study which explores synthesis and antifungal activity of 2-azetidinonyl-5 methyl oxadiazoles against seed-borne pathogens of Eleusine coracana in benzophenone. The study shows a simple high-yielding method for the integration of heterocyclic rings at the benzophenone nucleus on a wet solid surface with the use of microwave irradiation. It concludes that synthesized compounds have effects in depleting the incidence of seed-borne pathogenic fungi or finger millet.
