- Abstract
A patient with recurrent adenoid cystic carcinoma of the skin managed by Mohs surgery is reported. The histopathologic features and differential diagnosis of this tumor are reviewed. Mobs surgery appears to be an ideal way to manage this neoplasm since recurrences after routine excision are common and metastases are uncommon.
