- Abstract
The article presents the author's insights on the mentoring experiences on LinkedIn. According to Stephanie Roberson Barnard her mentoring relationship with LinkedIn created a mutual atmosphere with her mentor in whom they both shared communication skills on their work ethics and common interest on their personal lives. It adds that mentoring aspect of LinkedIn provides an useful forum to all the members in the field of medical writing in which medical writers can interact with each other.
