- Abstract
Every organization worldwide to reach their success goes through certain obstacles that appear over the operation. Advances in techno-logy have an advantage in their work, leading to more stress, anxiety and anger at work, which are becoming an integral part of the life of each employee. Increased responsibilities and less free time, are also issues of everyday life of each employee. Honor is the case of discrimination in the company for any reason, mobbing at work, abuse of employees. All this leads to the emergence of conflicts in the organization. The existence of conflict in the organization does not mean that it is poorly designed or that is poorly managed. They represent a natural phenomenon that needs to be addressed by managers through the application of certain strategies for dealing with them.
