- Abstract
The conditions in the global market are more and more severe, and the entrance is difficult. Competitive in the international market will be only those companies that know how to work according to international standards and regulations, and with that using an application of internationally oriented management. The rule in the international market speaks for successful management by the managers of those multinational corporations, successful economic and legal policy of the host country, major investments from and in overseas. General Electric Company is a company that provides an example for successful governance laws of the international market. The work was inspired by the success of the company and its strategy for a successful management and governance with the business world.
