- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on active role of lymph node stromal cells (LNSCs) in regulating immune cell functions, particularly in joint-draining lymph nodes. Topics include preventing disease onset in mice models, and suggesting a potential therapeutic strategy for suppressing synovial inflammation; and disease prevention in collagen-induced arthritis, and therapeutic implications for suppressing synovial inflammation.
