Interleukin (IL)-35 is a new member of IL-12 family who is secreted by T regulatory cells to strongly suppress immuno reaction directly or indirectly. There is a growing interest in the using IL-35 as a potential therapy for chronic inflammatory , cancer and autoimmune diseases. Here we reviewed IL-35 and its function as a mediator of suppression.
