- Abstract
In the era of the digital economy and information society, digitization and e-commerce are becoming increasingly important for companies in all sectors and industries. With the development of the internet and artificial intelligence, e-commerce has become a primary way of conducting business and trade in the online space. The increased presence of e-commerce in business has influenced the demand for goods and services on the market to gain a more global dimension, as it is no longer limited by the geographical location of consumers. Today, more and more companies are using e-commerce by providing their customers with convenient and easy ways to purchase goods and services online. To attract consumers' attention with different techniques and innovative approaches, companies are increasingly using digital marketing and advertising as a means of promoting e-commerce. In this context, innovative methods of delivering goods and services are becoming increasingly important for companies that want to optimize their business processes and increase their competitiveness in the market. The drop-shipping delivery method is one of these innovative methods, which is based on e-commerce and can be used to optimize logistics and reduce costs for companies. The results of the study support the thesis that optimizing delivery through the implementation of drop-shipping is directly related to the management of some fundamental criteria: lower product cost, no inventory maintenance, faster delivery service, providing "manufacturer-to-door" delivery option, using web agencies and ready-made drop-shipping platforms to develop their own website, and last but not least - using social media or email marketing for drop-shipping sales.
