- Abstract
The report examines Big data and its diverse applications in food and beverage production. In order to clarify the concept of Big data, the different types of data, the sources from which they are obtained, their main characteristics and the stages through which they are analyzed are indicated. The report presents the areas of possible used of Big data in this industry, based on the challenges faced by the companies in it and the emerging trends in the sector, and targeting already implemented good practices.
