- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 39-year-old woman who was referred for frequent short-lasting long RP tachycardia episodes documented on Holter recordings. Topics discussed include findings on her baseline electrocardiogram and echocardiogram, the most likely mechanism of the long RP tachycardia, and reason that differentiation retrograde conduction over the nodal slow pathway and a Coumel-type accessory pathway (AP) could be challenging.
