- Abstract
Aluminum electrolysis workshop is a complex industrial environment, and has the characteristics of vibration, dust and strong magnetism. An anodic current collector of aluminum electrolytic cell was designed based on noise model aiming at the complexity of aluminum electrolysis production process and the difficulty of measurement. Firstly, the total noise model of the whole measurement circuit is established based on the noise model of discrete components. Secondly, on the basis of realizing the low-noise signal conditioning circuit, the anode lead current collector based on STM32F103 is designed. It consists of signal conditioning circuit, A/D sampling module, temperature acquisition module, 485 communication module, data storage and power supply module. Finally, laboratory and industrial field experiments are carried out. Experimental results show that the relative error of the measurement of the collector is 1.4% -3. 2% , it has achieved good application effect in aluminum factory.
