- Abstract
In order to study the problems of a large loose scope in the surrounding rock and difficult control during passing through the broken zone of the fault in-400 m main roadway of Fangzhuang No. 1 Mine,a site investigation,numerical simulation,site industrial test and other method were applied to the analysis on the mine geological structure background,broken mode,stress field around the broken and displacement field distribution mode. The paper held that the surrounding rock instability of mine-400 m main roadway was a joint function result of a broken surrounding rock in the continuous breaking structure zone,complicated stress environment,support method,mining influences and others. The numerical simulation was applied to analyze the surrounding rock stress,displacement and plastic zone distribution law when the roadway passed through the continued faults. Based on the test of the loose and failure scope in the surrounding rock,bolt / steel mesh / anchor combined support with U type steel closed support and active / passive combined support technology with grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rock was proposed. The industrial test showed that within 180 days’ observation,the max convergence of the two sidewalls and the roof and floor was 70 mm and 39 mm individually.In comparison with the same type roadway with no combined support,the displacement was reduced by about 450 mm,the integrated reinforcement effect was excellent and the combined support technology achieved good technical and economic benefits.
