- Authors
Burrow, John D.; Hester, Rhys
- Abstract
The article discusses the first strands of cases concerning the use and misuse of psychotropic drugs on inmates and the role of Justice Anthony Kennedy. It states that the concerns of Kennedy are directed at more serious side effects including acute dystonia, neuroleptic, and tardive dyskinesia. Furthermore, it notes that these side effects could negatively affect the right to a fair trial.
