- Abstract
Is there a role for fetoscopic laser ablation therapy in Type-2 vasa previa? Vasa previa is a rare placental disorder in which fetal blood vessels, unsupported by underlying placenta, cross over the internal cervical os. The current management protocol for vasa previa includes hospitalization and early elective Cesarean delivery between 34 and 36 weeks' gestation.
