- Abstract

The uncharted territory in statistical and data science teaching lies in the marrying of greater technology with greater statistics to help students in tackling and understanding more complex, more diverse, and often very "large", contexts and datasets. This is the probability in modeling of real world contexts - stochastic modeling - and in modeling real world contexts, probability and data are inextricably linked and genuinely intertwined partners.
