- Abstract
The article reports on the call from the U.S. National Cancer Policy Board, the Institute of Medicine, and the National Research Institute to the government for the improvement of follow-up care to the 10 million cancer survivors. They are recommending 10 specific changes to the way the U.S. is addressing the long-term effects of cancer and its treatment. They also recommended the improvement on insurance coverage for cancer survivors.
