- Abstract
The article presents insights into the decisions of courts regarding admissibility of an evidence for a decedent's testimony against a defendant in wrongful death cases on issues related to product liability, toxic tort, and medical malpractice actions. It discusses instructive laws of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut in this regard, with special focus on the Dead Man's statute.
