- Abstract
A literary criticism is presented of the book "A Map of Home," by Randa Jarrar. An overview of the bilingual aspects of the novel, which is referred to as bilingual creativity, including the author's use of Arabic and English languages, is provided. The novel's shifting point of view, mixing of language codes and what is referred to as eye dialect is discussed
